Relief For All Clients Needing To Postpone Their Event Due to COVID-19

RWU will allow all clients having events occurring through May 2021 who need to postpone due to COVID-19 to transfer ALL funds already paid by the client, without penalty, to any future date RWU is available either within (2) years of the date they postpone their event (in writing) or before 12/31/2022, whichever is earlier. Written confirmed availability by RWU for said date is required to be effective. We kindly ask those postponing to pay 50% of their balance due prior to their original event date which will be transferred to the new date as well.

Should the event be cancelled outright, or if client chooses an alternative date for which RWU has not confirmed availability in writing, or if client just chooses to not utilize this relief option listed above to transfer their event to an alternative date it will just be deemed a cancellation, for which they can also receive relief (see following paragraph).

Relief For All Clients Needing To Cancel Their Event Due to COVID-19

RWU will allow all clients having events occurring in 2020 who need to cancel due to COVID-19 to utilize ALL previously paid funds, without penalty, in FULL as a credit to use toward future services that will not expire for a period of (2) years from their original event date.


RWU will allow all clients having events occurring through May 2021 in 2020 who need to cancel due to COVID-19 to utilize ALL previously paid funds, without penalty, in FULL as a credit to use toward future services that will not expire for a period of either (2) years of the date they postpone their event (in writing) or before 12/31/2022, whichever is earlier.

We will continue to monitor the situation closely and will make any future timely adjustments corresponding to government recommendations and physical conditions.
